Ayhan Sarac is a graduate of İstanbul University Management Faculty (1992). Right after graduation he started working at Finance Department TPAO (Turkish Petroleum Corporation) as Finance Specialist.

Between 1995-2000 he worked in Kazakhstan with J.V. Kazakhturkmunai – Operating Company for Oil Exploration and Production, a Joint Venture between Kazakhstan National Oil Company “Kazmunaigas” and “TPAO”, as Finance & Accounting Director. Total investment of company is more than 300 million US Dollars. During his tenure Mr. Saraç was responsible director for all financial operations including preparing Financial Reports, budgeting, taxing and the Company’s Partner relations as well as accounting and bookkeeping.

Mr. Sarac worked as Finance & Accounting Director at TPIC (subsidiary of TPAO) between the years of 2002-2012 where he was responsible for finance and accounting operations related to Company’s exploration, drilling, production and trade activities.

Company achieved turnover about a billion US Dollars. He has experiences on both national and international bookkeeping and fiscalsystem of downstream and upstream oil activities.

In 2012-2013 he was employed at Iraq-Turkey Oil Trade Project as the Head of Finance & Accounting, HR and Procuremet departments.

He has a Licence of the Certified Public Accountant.
